This endowment fund supports the work of the volunteer subcommittee that organizes a 4-day family-focused fall festival that features children’s programming, petting zoo, cultural programs, fair rides, and programming for developmentally disabled youths.

The festival is 100% organized and operated by volunteers
Over 28,000 people attend the festival every year
Programming includes: International Day, an invitation-only program for special needs students, children’s activities etc
Proceeds from the festival are returned to the community through charitable grants by the Troy Community Foundation
